Strong man in park or bully?

When I see this video, I don't see one very strong man, I see 50 terrified children who can't play in their park.

Question. Is he strong man in park or is he park bully?

To be fair it doesn't look like any kids want to go there anyway, probably because it looks ****.
There's a single bar about 7 feet in the air which I presume is for kids to hang from (and do what?) and a plank of wood they can walk up and down. It doesn't look like that place was made for kids at all

In the video there's no sign of him or his mates bullying anybody. For all we know they might be very friendly towards kids who want to use the park. Certainly with the amount of motivation that guy must have he's a better role model than a lot of people who might be hanging around the park.

The youtube peoples can be verry funny sometimes. I wonder if this guy has access to gym if he can do anything. Mebe he have no gym access that why he grow strong in park.

The question for me is 'why bother going to the gym if you can get that strong by training in the park?'
