Stretch marks?

Do you get stretch marks from losing weight fast? If so, why? I already had stretch marks from being overweight but in the past 2 weeks i dropped about 10 pounds and am noticing them more and think they may have gotten slightly longer.

EDIT: Ive also gone from drinking a ton of soda and no water everyday to no soda and nothing but water everyday(60+ounces). They dont feel as ridgy anymore(hopefully someone understands what I mean). Does that have something to do with water? I heard it helps skin alot.

My stretchmarks are mainly from my growth spurt imagine a kid being 4'5 and then a couple of months later being 5'3~ish, they're under my arms and around my boobs (but not that noticable thank God).

As for my weight gain I only got some in the front of my belly, but after loosing the majority of the weight I find they've faded not become longer or more noticeable. Remember that the skin is an organ and after being stretched and then deflated*so to speak* the cells need time to readjust. Also if you've yo-yoed up 20 down 20 up 20 and so own *as an example* your skin has gone through a lot of shock, being consistent with your weight loss and toning up will be my best advice.

I hope this helps!

I had stretch marks from being overweight. They are hard to remove but they will lighten and fade if you keep at it. Excel Skin Care cream is good to use and stick with in consistency. That's what it really takes with stubborn marks. You can get the lowest from their store on Amazon.
