I am 24 years old and I am 5'9 weighing in at 155 pounds, I am handicapped and am really weak due to having brain surgery in the past. I started in a wheel chair and have managed to work my way out of that to be able to walk again and I lost about 30 pounds doing that, my question is is there any ways to strengthen my body and build muscle not being able to lift heavy weights? Any information or tips would be greatly appreciated!
