Strength Training

I have been strength training for about a month now. I do it about three times a week (always having a day inbetween) and have been happy with it. Although, recently I heard someone talking about doing upper body Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; and then doing lower body Tuesdays and Thursdays (do lower twice because you use it more).

Has/does anyone do this? How do they like it? Has anyone changed over from every other day to this daily method?

I would think it would make you sore 24/7...maybe not maybe that's just a misconseption I have.
 
Instead of exercising 5 consecutive days and then taking 2 days off, try to do a 2 days on 1 day off routine. So, now you would do upper body on day 1 lower body on day 2 and rest on day 3. You would then start the cycle again on day 4. This would allow for a more efficient recover process.
