If you have a streak going, or your starting something knew, let us know about it.
SOME IDEAS:
1. You have a goal of exercising so many days a week.
2. you have lost weight for so many weeks in a row.
3. Your quiting smoking
4. You want to watch less TV.
5. Spending time with your children.
Things that will & are making your life better, whatever they are. When you start you can post every day & let us know how your doing. Then as time goes by & your keeping your streak going. You can post once a week, then once a month, and so on.
Example: I gave up Soda about year & a half ago. That would be something to post once a year.
