Strawberrie Non-shortcake Days

Hi everyone!

I hope to start on a new journey to better health here. Hope u guys can motivate and support me.

My heigh is 5"3 and i hope to get down to 110 lbs by Dec. Current now at 132 lbs.

I've started on treadmill and weights since last week. Usually haf an hour each. Though I might run longer when in good mood:p

Hope to get some tips frm everyone! U gals (n guys) seem expert in keepin fit!:) I'll try to post my food n exercise daily. So come n cheer me along! Thanks!

My weight/height is similar to yours. Running will probably become easier and you wont mind going longer, or at least thats how it is for me. I used to hate it but now I really like it.

personally i run for 40 mins. i go like 5.5. depends tho. sometimes walking on a high incline is good too. my goal is basically to go at least 3 miles each time im on it. but you dont have to start with that. give it time.

Just weighed this morning. I am down to 129.5 lbs! Yippppeeee!!!!
The workout on treadmill is really helpin alot!
