I hope to start on a new journey to better health here. Hope u guys can motivate and support me.
My heigh is 5"3 and i hope to get down to 110 lbs by Dec. Current now at 132 lbs.
I've started on treadmill and weights since last week. Usually haf an hour each. Though I might run longer when in good mood
Hope to get some tips frm everyone! U gals (n guys) seem expert in keepin fit! I'll try to post my food n exercise daily. So come n cheer me along! Thanks!
