straps for gymnastics rings

i just got into ring training, and i have the rings but i dont have the straps. any idea where i can get them for cheap?

i guess if i cant find them il just tie them with rope

No idea, but is there a big difference between these and rope? I mean either they're supposed to spin or not, and you could just configure it as such.

yeah, i guess il just use rope and work everything from the same height for now until i can find some adjustable straps. no biggie.

but you may be suprised how rare it is to find a perfect ring in nature, or just "around the yard" to substitute for gymnastics rings. i looked for days trying to find some red-neck gymnastics rings and came up short.
im lucky my friend has an extra pair of rings i can use.

I've seen heavy duty straps at hardware stores. I believe they're adjustable and can hold a lot of weight.
