Weight-Loss strange question about oats

I love oatmeal, and sometimes I just eat plain oats. Do they have to be cooked to have the same health benefit?
 
Nope, you can eat them either way and they are just as healthy.
i think when you cook them they are a little more bio-available(your body uses them up faster)but just as good for you ;)
(i eat them raw too :) )
