Strange Findings....

So I found something odd...Ive been eating 1500 calories the past 10 or so months...and lately I hit a plateau...so the past week I kind of just didn't care...eating between 2000-2500 calories and still working out the same...and I went from being stuck at 215...to dropping to 210 its odd
 
yea, i've heard of that happening before. Its weird. I dont' know the real science behind it, but i personally think maybe its b/c if you don't eat enough cals you throw your body into starvation mode and it slows down cal burn. Although I don't think 1500 would do that. BUT maybe w/ the extra cals your body felt comfortable enough to speed up a bit more. like i said, I don't know the science behind it, lol, its just my logic here.

Do you work out alot? maybe you need the 2000 cals?
