Strange feeling in bicep after workout

I searched other threads and nothing seems to describe exactly what I have.

After an arm workout, I now have this weird almost tingly if you want to call it that feeling in my right bicep. It only happens when my arm is bent a certain way (sitting at the computer, driving, etc) and I move it around. Its almost right in the middle of my bicep but hard to locate. The best way I can describe it is when you have a really bad cut and you move that part of your body fast during the healing process. It doesn't hurt, but its a really odd uncomfortable sensation.

There is no pain, I have no loss in strength, and no other side effects. I am taking a break from any more arm workout for the time being, but curious what it could possibly be. Mostly annoying more than anything.

Anyone have any ideas? I don't think I tore anything (no pain, no strength loss). Maybe some scar tissue rubbing a nerve or something? its been like this for almost a week now with no improvement.

Thanks.

You should see a doctor about this. If you have full range of motion and no pain, it's likely not a muscle or ligament, so it makes me think it could an impinged or entrapped nerve. There's no way for me to be sure, however.

Everything I look up on impinged or entrapped nerve seems to indicate I should have pain. I dont have any. Its just a weird discomforting feeling with my arm in some positions.
