Never deprive youself of anything! Learn to eat healthy nurishing food and exercise. Eat in moderation and the odd cookie or piece of cake will not do any harm. If you constantly feel deprived you are not having fun. Loosing weight should and can be fun.

Find an exercise that you like and enjoy and that way it will be so much easier to stick with it.
