Sport stir frys good or bad?

Sport Fitness
As part of my new diet plan I've been having brown rice with carrots, peppers, onions, beansprouts, soy sauce and chinese 5 spice as my evening meal. (Is soy sauce good for you?)

I've been frying all the vegetables in a wok and freezing the mixture in small tubs so I can quickly defrost them when I'm ready to eat each night.
I was just wondering, is frying the stuff ok or should I be cooking each ingredient seperatley and then bringing them all together? (I drain the excess oil away before adding the soy sauce).

And whilst I'm writing this thread, is it ok to freeze the stuff for he-heating or are some nutrients lost?

Stir-fry isn't supposed to be made with a lot of oil - the purpose it to cook it in little liquid (water and tiny bit oil), but frequently tossing it around the pan - specifically to avoid the extra oil.
It's perfectly fine to cook them all together. I make a stir-fry most days w/ a few tablespoons of water + 1/2T oil.
