still hungry after eating

i started eating healthy a little less than a month ago and i’m losing weight! but for the past two weeks i’ve been so hungry even when i eat and nothing in my diet has changed. i’m still eating the same stuff but i’ve been eating SUPER unhealthily in the middle of the night and during the day as well. do you guys have any advice?
 
What do you eat on a typical day? Do you get enough protein, fat and fibre? All three can help with feeling full.
