I didn't do weights for loooong time. When i lift dumbbells, my muscles begin to stiff. I warm up and everything but muscles will soften/ relax only after 1 - 2 hours. With 3kg weights there's no problem but 5kg weights make my muscles go rigid.
I think at the moment 5kg is too much weight. is this the cause?
