Sticky Deal

Hey guys and gals, needed some advice.
First time poster.

Right now, i'm 20 years old. I weigh in around 200 lbs, and i'm about 6 foot. I have been lifting about 3 times a week doing a certain type of routine that my friend had given to me.
I don't really run much right now, because of the winter months, but to get my cardio in, I practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Here is my question to all of you. I put this in the Body Weight Training section for lack of a better place to put it.

I have dreams of working as a Police Officer one day, and, currently, I work as a Corrections Officer. With my Jiu-Jitsu training, I feel I have sufficient skill to handle myself in a fight. I'm looking for a type of routine that will get my body to the level that I can handle myself in a physical altercation (as, yes, still perform well in Jiu-Jitsu) without being extremely heavy, I would like to float about 200-210.

I have the Bowflex Select-Tech Dumbbells (10-90 lbs) and a bench. I'm not sure if I should be using the Weights to influence my workout (which I have been doing) or if I should do something along the lines of CrossFit?

Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate any advice anyone could give me.

Thank you all so much in advance,

~54
