Stich

I tried HIIT today for the first time

i did my 5 min warm up and was feeling great, but then when i tried to do my first high intensity 30 secs i got a massive stich.

Is there any way i can avoid this?

if you take 2 fingers and push them firmly into the underside of the ribcage, then purse your lips and blow hard it helps to relieve the pressure. i was sceptical but it does work.

otherwise its usually do to what/when you eat and water intake.
