Steroid-Alternative Supplement?

Hey guys!

I am new to this forum, and this is my first post...yay! Anyways, I am now starting to getting back into going to the gym on a regular basis as well as eating healthy, and not just junk and cereal all of the time. I have some muscles still, but I would like to have a better muscle definition and more muscle mass. I was thinking about taking "MuscleTech Musclebuilding Stack" every day as directed to supplement my workout. If ya'll have never heard of it, here is a link for it:



What do ya'll think of it? I would like to take something to help make my muscles grow, but I don't want to get into the illegal steroids. I am also not trying to get muscles fast or anything...I know it takes time and hard work and commitment, I would just like for my body to perform the best when working out. Btw, I am a 16 year old male. Thanks for the advice in advance!

Im new to the forums also and 16 and recently started again. There is no need to take Steroids or Performance Enhancing Drigs. You need your body to learn to push itself and taking steds wont teach you the self disipline you need.
 
skip that supplement. it doesn't really work, and as you said 'you're not in any rush'.

eat right, and be consistent.
train right, and be consistent.
that will get you what you need.
