steps to an even newer me!

well,i am half my weight i was,and am to be focusing on eating better.
i was naughty and had pizza and chips tonight..eek!!LOL

so I got an excerice ball.i love it and its pink..yey!!!

I do my callanetics 2 times a week,did one hour yesterday.in between I am doing daily stretching,dancing and sit ups.its all good!!

I love to keep well and fit,excercise is so very meditational.

I bet that pizza and chips tasted pretty good :) . I'm sure everyone on this forum would agree it is okay to cheat on occasion, just so long as it doesn't become a habit. You've cut your weight in half, congrats, that is one heck of a job. Keep up the great work and keep us posted.
 
i have been wondering for a while why even though I eat well,excercise regularly,why does my abdoman swell,turns out I have IBS.

yesterday I started aloe vera juice,3 times a day.
today is day no.2.

I learnt I have to drink lots of water,I am on my 3rd glass.

Also I've to have peppermint tea,I love peppermint tea.mmmmmmmm.

no fats,carbs are okies.nothing too cold.#
I am exited to make new eating habits.

its callanetics time tonight.yey!!

My skin could do with a good cleanse,I look a little shabby.so will pamper myself laters :)

well ,junk food has no place,and yes its the wrose habit.
I am travelling on thurs/friday I think I will make myself food to take with me and take fruit too so I dont miss a meal.

Great idea Amanda, preparing food for your travels. You know that way, you'll eat properly and not have to resort to "bad" foods. Smart thinking :)
