I was curious; do those specially seasoned steamfresh microwaveable vegetables have the same nutritional values as fresh vegetables?

For example, I like eating kind. It has 50 calories and 2g fat; I'm assuming the fat comes from the seasoning. But it also has 13% of your daily sodium recommendation, which is something I worry about... I'm trying to cut back on sodium because I don't want to be/look bloated.

I've read in a bunch of places that frozen veggies don't lose any nutrients as opposed to fresh... and if like them steamed -well enjoy..

I am cheap however, and wouldn't spend the extra money on them - Fresh veggies, you can put in a bowl, a tablespoon or two of water, sodium free seasonings of your choice, and cover with plastic wrap - nuke 'em til they are bright green (probably 2 -3 minutes -but Ihaven't owned a microwave in years so I don't know forcertain :D
