I got pretty badly sunburned about a week ago, all over my legs. I went tubing.
That really made walking hard. Oh well, it doesn't hurt anymore, and I am ready to exercise again, although my knee is giving me trouble lately. It's popping a lot. I'm really not eating a lot of junk food. The most fattening thing I've been eating is a peanut butter sandwich here and there. I think my not exercising could have been a lot worse.

Read about your knee. Maybe swimming might be a better form of exercise since its pretty low-impact. All the best :D
 
What your eating is unlikely to affect your knee. It sounds more like an injury or joint issue. If it continues for more then 2 weeks or worsens then you need to see a doctor to get medical help.
