Ok, it's been officially 10 completed days on this diet and I have not cheated once! I've lost 10 pounds which is even more exciting.
My question is when does the hunger go away? I am up at 4 am cause I couldn't sleep (for other reasons, not because I"m hungry) and I am really hungry. This has been quite persistent throughout the day even if I eat my fruit and I always have my crackers.
It is tolerable and I just tell myself that since I'm not giving in to my stomach that means my body will eat the fat and that's how I'm losing weight, but I really don't know if i can go another 10 weeks like this!
Also, another question or thought - when do you think we actually lose that weight - throughout the whole 24 hours or at night when we're sleeping?
