I hear that starving yourself causes you to not lose weight, but what if you used L-Carnitine to force your body to use your excess body fat. I also work out once a day. Any idea if this would get me anywhere?
Even if it did work, you wouldn't keep off th weight unles you starved yourself all the time, and then you wouldn't look good anyway, you'd also eventually become to weak to exercise. It's better to be thin healthy and toned than skeletal and unfit. How could you enjoy your new figure that way?
I'm not aiming for skeletal, I've been toning in the gym and I was wondering if that would just get me to my goal faster. I have built muscle, and I just thought it would remove that fat around it.
