Hey everyone, I went to this weight control meeting and I got lots of interesting information. One of the things that we were told is to always start your meal by eating veggies no matter if its breakfast, lunch or dinner. Theory behind it is your filling your tummy before all the true fat and calories go in lol also drink water slow lol I'm gonna try this and let you know how it works for me!!
