It's been a good couple of years since I was on a steady running schedule and I've gotten a bit out of shape for different personal reasons.
I want to start back on it but I need to ask just what the best breathing method is to make running easier. Running out of breath easily was always one of my problems.
Also, does it sound like to much if this is my workout schedule??
Mon,Wed,Fri ~~ 2-3 miles of jogging/walking and weights: back,shoulders,chest, and arms
Tue,Th,Sat ~~ 30 mins of Kickboxing cardio (taebo, etc), ab workouts
Sun ~~ off
I'm trying to mix it up a bit by throwing in different (but equivalent) workouts in the place of those, so i won't get bored. The cario comes earlier in the day and the weights are in the evening.
I'm currently like 245 and I want to get down to like 200 which is about right for my height - 6'3".
