hey guys, i need some advice/ i started working out jan 31 determined to lose my belly. im 6'3 with a thin frame but im african so we eat alot of rice and bread, which lead to my pregnant stomach. so far i like the results i see. i went down from a 36 inch waitst to a 34 inch and my shirt size is now a medium.. but now the last part to go is my lower ab. my belly. my gut is gone but i dont know how to get rid of that lower portion. right now i work out 5 days a week. i do 30 min of cardio which usually burns about 390-401n calories, then i do an incline fast walk for about 20 min right after on a speed of 4.5-5 which usually burns about 300 calories, so all together abput 700 calories, not to mention the calories i burn lifting weights. my diet consists of an apple low-fat bar in the morning and then a peanut butter sandwich for lunch(4 slices- 2 sandwiches) and for dinner maybe some cereal or something light. what else can i do to speed up the process?? am i eating the right things??

How do you have energy to work o ut with an apple low fat-bar in the morning?

Switch to Oatmeal. :p

You don't need 2 peanut butter sandwiches for lunch really. You should switch it out to something better anyways.

Eat some meat.

If you can't (vegan, vegetarian, etc), stick with the peanut butter =p

and if i do this i will see better results in my stomach? i eat meat and greens and stuff.. i was just wondering y is it so hard for that last belly to go? is there an exercise im missing??

AYou are eating way too few calories! Check out myfitesspal.com or another calorie counting site. It will benefit you greatly!

This is right, meat is essential too...we need protein...don't kill yourself with too much diet which is wrong. Take note, dieting won't be punishing yourself and depriving yourself from what is enjoyable in life. It's merely discipline :)
