My name is Mem, I'm a stay at home mom or 2. I've struggled with my weight all my life but in the past year or so I've really had a desire to DO something about it. My problem is, I do okay for a while and then fall off the wagon.
I use to weigh 287. I lost down, and currently weigh 246. I plateaued and got really frustrated early in the year this year and have not been able to "get it together" since.
My goal is 160 (doctor recommendation). I want to do this!!
