Hello WLF friends!
Last year I made a resolution to exercise daily and eat well, and it all went great until the fall semester of college where I put on all the weight I had worked hard to lose. So, like many, I'm resolving again this year to stick to a good regime and again be a healthier, happier me.
I found that I stayed on track best when I had support and could document my accomplishments in a journal that was posted publicly, so starting tomorrow I think I'll do just that! Also if you guys have any groups/clubs that are doing a challenge, I would really love to join in!
I'm 5'2 and 140-150 pounds (I fluctuate wildly). A healthy weight for me would be around the 120 range, so I'm really hoping to dedicate myself and also encourage other people who are in this with me.
