Starting my journey

Hey! I'm an 18 year old girl, an incoming art and psych major, and I'm sick of being fat. I've been trying to watch what I eat, but I have a sweet tooth out of this world. consequently, I'm 6 lbs from my highest weight (156, at 5'2) I'm starting with a 1.5 mile walk three times a week, with a snack before and a bottle of water during. Im tracking myself, and today I burned 134 calories! my goal for now is a healthy weight and a flat stomach. I hope to start strength training at my college's free fitness center after I hit my goal weight!
