starting my diary

:) OK, well I finally have a moment to post my diary. I want to lose close to 30 pounds. I got myself a tread mill last week and plan on setting it up New Years day, thus starting on this weight loss adventure! I plan on eating healthy and working out. I will be tracking my journey here. So, good luck to everyone losing the weight they want. cricket
 
hi cricket! glad to see you have started a diary. i live near philadelphia but in the burbs. nice to see a neighbor around here! how tall are you if you dont mind me asking?
 
Hi wonderwoman, I have been in Philly all my life. Glad to meet you! Do you ever get into the city? I've seen some of your posts, boy, your doing fabulous!! I hope I can lose the weight I want as I feel SO uncomfortable :( I am 5'5 also. NewLeaf, Thanks for your welcome, I have already found this site helpful since finding it. You all seem like a great bunch. Well since Christmas I have maintained my 4 pound weight loss but come Tuesday the 3rd. that is the day I start exercising and eating right. Happy New Year to everyone here. :)

Well, I have lost another pound and I am very happy about that. The thing is I really haven't exercised much, I have been having alot of stress these past few weeks and I think that I need to start again and get myself on track and to try and rid myself of the stress. Hopefully, I will get myself in line soon. Take care all. :)
