I have tried in the past and failed to keep a strict clean calorie dense diet in the past. I am currently 18 years old, 5'8" and only a mere 114lbs and I want to follow through with the weight gain.
My goal is to become 150lbs by this time next year.
However, despite some of research, I need help formulating a solid diet.
Can I get some advice on a proper diet and exercise routine for me?
I know I should be eating at least every 3 hours, but what are good some breakfasts/snacks/lunchs/dinners?
