Sport starting a healthy diet

Im ready to start a healthy diet and I have a bunch of questions. im not looking to lose weight i just want to eat healthier.

i have some questions about some stuff i eat

is the best kind of fruit to eat fresh fruits as in unpackaged fruits? what about del monte fruit cups?
are the special k protein bars a good food?
i always drink water except in the mornings i have sunny d. if sunny d isnt healthy what is something i can drink in the morning besides water or milk since i usually have a protein shake made of skim milk later in the day.

can someone post me a perfect diet plan?
like what to eat for breakfast,lunch,snack etc.
please try to include the names of actual products so i can buy the right food.

Go for fresh fruit not packaged/processed stuff. If you have the choice between a glass of apple juice and eating a whole apple, the whole apple is a better choice ...(why? I'm going to leave this for you to read up on). There is a grocery list of stuff so you don't have to re-invent the wheel.

yeah i saw the grocery list.
im still wondering about the special k protein bars or is anything packaged bad?
