My lifts are pathetic. I was out for 12 weeks from an injury. Even before that, I am still a wimp. I also have no clue what my current 1 rep max is for anything. Only thing close to impressive is my flat press, which is sitting at 340 x 2. My chest is retardedly strong compared to everything else.

Squat, I squat hams to calves, and am currently doing 335 x 6.

Pulling, honestly is terrible. I hit 405 in college for 2. Since then, I have no idea how high I could go. I rep 315 currently.
 
Wow a 340x2 press is great, no lie. 335x6 is good too, not so much when you compare it with your press# though. And my pull has always been lower than my squat so no shame there! lol..

Thanks man. In a few months I am going to go into a strength specialization and hopefully bring these numbers up, so we will see what happens.

6" bb bp lockouts? ive never done those in my life, seems kinda odd.. although i didn't even think of 225+ as a soph. when you get as tall as you want merci shoot me a pm. im writing up a sick workout write up with expolosion exercises that'll get you strong in no time, but the chance of injury is higher than norm so it's not too good if you're still growin.
 
Well when i was heavier i was squatting about 320lb everytime i stood up .. does that count :D

I can bench press almost 100kg/220lb though, and legg press about 160-180kg (not sure what that is in lb) :D
