Hello all, first time usign this fourmand hope to get some advice.
at the end of January i have finally decided to take the steps in loosing weight. i'ma very large guy who have struggled with my weight all my life. So far i have lost 17lbs, over the last 3 weeks i have hit a road block (always seem to happen round this point when i dieted before hand) and starting to put the weight back on. My diet hasn't changed, still eating healthy (with room to improve) and drinking mostly water(2-2.5 liters aday).
I currently don't have time to go to the gym due to university and archery taking up all my time. If you have any advice that would be great!
