I started my weight loss about 2 months back almost (give or take a week). Ive lost 20kg so far just about, though i did not weigh myself for a couple weeks so ive just estimated some of that![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Ive been calorie counting and going to the gym combined with vibra training and generally trying to be more active (going swimming on weekends or playing sports). I was 145kg(319.7lb) to start with around about and now im 126kg(277.8lb). Thats about 19kg(41.89lb) loss so far.
I have to get to 90kg(198.4lb) to be able to donate my kidney to my brother - this is great motivation however its not my only motivation![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
Anyway I used to be skinny at school (star athlete even), and even afterwards for a few years until i had kids. I think i gained 10kg for each kid and never lost it. Then of course I just gave up trying and became a glutton!
So the end of my Gluttonous days, my pants are baggy and im looking more like some trendy kid or MC Hammer.
