Started On Protein again

So I have just recently finished taking my cyclone and now have gone back to protein. Weirdly enough my weights have increased after stacking in 4 single scoops a day for muscle gain but just pur protein, no creatine.

I find that I am getting stronger and more towards the size I need to be then when I was on cyclone.

I was once told by a trainer that to hit cyclone (1 or two tubs) then hit protein then back to cyclone after so that my body doesn't get use to cyclone by taking nothing but cyclone?

Any views or ideas?

so Cyclone is just protein powder, glutamine, creatine, and HMB.

glutamine doesn't help trainees, and there's double the creatine in this than what is needed.
HMB isn't a bad supp but its not one you should take long term.

I would stick to a protein powder, and add 5g of creatine monohydrate if you want it.
skip the fancy Cyclone and its extra 'non useful' stuff.
