Start to a better body

Hi I am 14 and I recently noticed that I am getting out of shape. My start to a better body starts now.

About me:
I have had some past injuries which caused me to lose some musle mass but I am getting it all Back Now.

March 5TH Day 1: 5:25 pm-5:52 pm
3 minutes of Jump Roping with 3 lbs on each arm and leg
3 minutes of running in place
Stretch
25 Situps
25 Reverse Crunches
20 Side Crunches
3 minutes on the speed bag
20 curls with 15 pound dumbells on each arm
10 reverse curls with 15 pound dumbells on each arm
25 Situps
15 chest curls with 15 pounds

Are you using a gym or at home? I noticed smaller weights in the beginning and then your last post had 100lb weights. Keep it up.
