stacking question!

Hey i just got glucevol(opinons?) and its suggestion is to use before and after workout.

It says i can combine protein with the product afterwards , but it doesnt mention anything preworkout.

I use NO2(noshotgun) and am wondering if it would be effective to combine glycogen and NO2

I've never heard of glucevol before, but looking at it now it's crap. It's just starch, that's it. 72g of carbs per serving?? Ouch. Anyways, NOshotgun, glucevol, etc you don't need any of it. Stick to the protein+carbs PWO, and eat and sleep right, you'll grow.

hah thanks, its too late i laready bought it, going to give it a try :p ne ways thanks for ur opinon but still need an answer

1. You don't really need to take a protein supplement pre-workout.

2. There will be minimal/no synergistic effect.

i dont mean to hijack the thread, but isnt it good to have a protein meal about 2hrs pre workout, not just the protein+carbs PWO?

You don't need protein pre-workout because carbs are a much better fuel source, and because you don't need the protein to repair and rebuild before you have anything to repair and rebuild.

Carbs about 1 hour before for fuel, protein within 1 hour after for muscle maintenance.

sorry for reply hijack

I have protein at breakfast, which is also pre-workout. I think in the context of this thread he means directly pre-workout, just as we take our PWO supplements (whey protein and carbohydrates) directly after exercise.

I gottcha and i agree, I just got lost in the context
