Hey, I play a bit of sqaush, and I was wondering what kind of benefits for weight loss/fitness etc. it might have, and how it might be exercised into an exercise plan to lose weight and gain a bit of muscle bulk? anyone know?
i agree ... squash is one of the my favorite activities for cardio. I'm pretty sure you burn a lot more calories playing squash than you do on a simple jog. Plus, it works the ass quite nicely
