today I was doing my last set for my HIIT training. when I was sprinting , I I felt this very sharp severe pain around my stomach around. the pain occured slowly below the right rib cage. I don't what happened. I clenched my fist as hard as I can and pushed myself for higher speed. Does anybody know what happened? What's the best technique for sprinting. I don't what to hurt or injure myself like this again in the future. the pain lasted for 3-5 minutes.
