Hi, I currently run a 30m sprint in 6.4 seconds, and my goal is to get it to around 4.10 seconds, I understand thats a huge goal, but I am not in shape at all right now, so once I lose a few pounds and get a routine going, I think my time will drop a bit. I was wondering if anyone had any exercises to help me achieve my goal? Any other information would be appreciated, thanks!
