For those of us needing a little boost getting ready for Spring, here is a
challenge to ya motivated! Pretty simple stuff- drink your water, eat right and exercise to earn points. Make it even more motivating by adding personal rewards for yourself!

Goal: UNDER 170 by Spring!

Gotta say i was not happy with week one results, but most of the week was just building up, you know, getting used to this exercise thing again...after the dissapointment i measured myself again...I've lost size everywhere except my arms, they got bigger.I'm not talking huge decresses or a massive gain but hey gotta start somewhere ,right? Anyway just seeing the change with the tape measure got me fired up....

Perfect challenge for me

I started my mini challenge at 01/30/09 as well. My goal is 142 by Spring!!!

01/30/09:153 lbs (25 pts, I was really good!!)
02/06/09:152.2 lbs hmm, a loss is a loss though.(25 pts)
02/13/09:151.2
02/20/09: 152.8 gain..
02/27/09: 150.6
03/06/09: 150.4 Hmm and I was really really good all week.
03/13/09: 148.4

So far so good here.
Eating right, getting water in and working out at the gym.
Today I resisted temptation and opted NOT to eat the yummy spare ribs I made for the family, instead I had a turkey hot dog.

One more full day until weigh in!
 
Great idea! XD now i cant cheat! and have to keep motivated=)

Goal is to reach 50 (110 lbs more or less?) by may =) started with 57 kg (125 lbs).. on 13/01/2009

01/30/09: 55 kg (121 lbs) 13 pts
02/06/09: 54 kg (119 lbs) 13 pts
02/13/09: ? got the flu =(
02/20/09: 53 kg (117 lbs)(was on holiday so didnt loose much in 2 weeks)
02/27/09: 53 kg not much change, havent been very good lately ^^; ... must get back on track
03/06/09: 52.7 (115 lbs)

Observations!
1.I really CANT loose over 4lbs/ week .. ^^; I'd die or do you mean every 4lbs, get 5pts?
2.I dont eat healthy. I have tried.. but then I just dont eat ^^;

How we doin' gang? Had a pretty busy weekend, especially for not working. Didn't get to the gym, but did take a walk with teh dog on Sunday. Heading to the gym today at lunch!
 
beign awfully lazy these days XD.. and been eating a bit too unhealthy (not too much tho!) .. found uber light mayo ! .. 75kcal/100g .. too good to be true.
Gonna try go gym tmr.. been resting for 3 days now.

Doing pretty good here. The loss doesn't really show it, but I am sticking to my calorie intake and working out 6 days a week, I will have a good number by this Friday!!!

02/06/09: 145 lbs (excercised for 2 pts, ate healthy for 3) 5 pts. Total so far... 11.

wow weird i've really been slacking this week and down 11 pounds....but that might be stress....my girl wrecked my truck (she is fine hardly no damage other then a bumper and broken radiator hose) but after the accident she drive it and now i get to tear apart the motor for repairs......yeah me.....i did not measure this week but the scales showing a lose so i'm kinda stoked about that...
 
Ok, honest here. I did bad over the weekend, but I am back to it now. Probably will have a small gain this week, but I will work it off by next week.
 
Not a good week for me, save a loss.

I worked out Monday, and hurt myself. The Tuesday, started not feeling well. I have an ear infection and all sorts of flu like symptoms. Am on antibiotics, but nose is making me nutz, throat is sore and I got pretty much NO sleep last night.

Because of the injury and illness, not alot of points this week.
 
finally recovered from flu. but spent the week in London on holiday so dieting was hard. managed to walk a bit but it's cold!

=) good going everyone and dont feel too bad, just go slowly at it. I noticed it's better if I try not thinking about dieting.
 
Had a loss, but only .2lbs. Still, I'm ok with it, and happy about how I feel- very energized and motivated! I'm only 3 pts shy of my mini goal of a girls night out- I will work hard this week to get THAT!
 
I didn't change my ticker yet, but weight was 150.6 this morning.
It helps that I am going through a major audit at work which kind of ended yesterday, but now I have to go through another one for the second company I work for. If you want to lose weight fast, just go and request an audit, it will do it!!!! :)

I am still exercising every day at least 45 min. I think I am going to do it this time!!
