Ok Everyone. I am sorry I left you hanging for the "Spring for April" Challenge and the last of the Valentines Challenge. I have been going through a lot emotionally, but its time to get my butt in gear. I am not sure if you want to join. But the point is just to give and recieve support and lose as much weight as possible and celebrate you successes, even when you gain once in a while. We can all do this. We did it in the VDAY challenge and we can do it again. I am setting the first weigh in on Sunday, but you can change your weigh in due to the time you usually weigh in. Good luck everyone, Keep trecking. We can do this! Maybe the "Spring for April" Challenge begin!!

I'm in, but the way things are posted are a little confusing. lol. Start weight=week 1 correct? And end weigh=week 7 right? Technically this is only a 6 week challenge lol but whatever.

Well I hope it goes well. I have a crazy exercise week planned for this week (due to another challenge where they set out things you have to do for points). Anyhow, so hopefully that will get me good numbers next week.

For the past few weeks it's been slow! The first week was great and then the subsequent weeks I've had one 0 lb loss, one just under a pound loss and then a couple 1 pound losses. So it's not been optimal but at least it's going down even though it's slow.

So, I have hope for this week!
 
Eating fine but not really doing much exercise yet but have planned 30 Day Shred tonight so that should be good.

Dropped slowly from 189.4 to 189 today so at least moving in the right direction!

I always feel more panicky about 3 days or so before the challenge so I tend to do a blitz of exercise then to speed up the weight loss. This is why these challenges are so good!
