I won't be offended if ya'll don't like the team names chosen - I got a brain freeze:

Please make sure you check into this thread with an I'm here and I'm playing. If you don't check in with your team by Monday, April 2, then you will be dropped.

This challenge will run for 6 weeks. And there will be weekly challenges with bonus points awarded so its not all about weight loss and you can help your team - there will also be bonus points awarded for the team who has the most members finish the challenge.

Total lbs lost

(these are monday dates, if you are using Fridays as your weigh in day, then use March 30th as the weight date and adjust from there.

The winning team will be based on percentage lost...

Kindness:**(I gave myself a star for sunday b/c I stayed w/ my grandmother and helped her get ready for our easter dinner...I did everything around the kitchen for her so she could rest a bit and get ready before everyone arrived. I gave myself a star for monday b/c I did a bit of work in the office for someone else besides myself :) )

Learn to juggle:* April 17th (okay I looked realllllly stupid but I really want to get points to make up for not getting as many as I could last week...so I sat at my desk and tried to juggle three pens!! yikes, not good!!)
Try something new: * April 17th(I tried pumpkin seeds),***(three new workout machines at the gym, if this counts!?)***(prunes, dried apricots, and soynuts).

April begins National Humor Month, National Anxiety Month and April 1st is also April Fools Day... So you're mission this week, since pranking people, in a good humored way is fun, and having fun reduces anxiety you have to prank someone in a perfectly legal, and non-hurtful sort of way (Kind of how like my dear colleague duct taped my phone when I was off at a meeting)
Report back the prank and laugh.

April is also national garden month so challenge 2 is to spend 30 minutes at least 5 days this week -outside enjoying nature, doesnt matter if you live in a city or the country, just get out and go for a walk.. Report in that you did this -and bonus points get awarded.

Kindness Challenge: I cleaned the house at 11 pm b/c the hubby was fussed that he had to go back to work and said that he felt the house being trashed would just not start off his last marking period the rightway (idk) anyway, he went to be and I let him fall asleep and then I secretly cleaned the house and he woke me up the next morning with a big thank you and a kiss.

Something New Challenge: I tried a new sandwich at panera bread--I'm not big on new food so this was a big step. :)

It's really you're master plan cinderelly! You know that the weight will come off in a day or two because of the salt so no it's going to make our team percentages go up because you've 'easy' weight to come off.... Don't fret! It'll work out for us in the end!

I was thnkin the same thing Katie - LOL !!! Ya know what they say abt great minds !!!
 
Don't worry crazy! It'll come off soon, it's probably just water weight...anyway, better to weigh more at the beginning of the challenge than the end!
