Spot reducing?

Ok so i've always heard you can't spot reduce, but i was reading an article from a fitness magazine, either muscle and fitness or mens fitness where they had a big like 10 page thing about fat loss, and one of the sections was talking about cardio and how important it is for fat loss. Well they had this one paragraph talking about when the best time for cardio is, and they said that after lifting weights is the best b/c what happens is you have more energy to lift obviously but you also release fat from that muscle and when you do cardio after it burns that fat instead of redepositing. i know it sounds kinda vague but if you read the article it would sound better...ill look monday at work and see which magazine it is specifically so you guys can check it out if you want. but anyway does this seem plausible? they said they found this information through a study...and its a big name magazine i don't think they would straight up tell false info cuz they sound like they know about that stuff...but iunno...whatcha think?

Sounds dumb.

Those magazines do lie everytime they give you a bicep blasting routine that will add inches to your arms in 3 days or fat smashing inches removed from your waist just by reading.

Muscle and Fiction is geared toward steroid users and should actually be a supplement catalog.
