Sport/small earbuds?

I recently purchased an MP-3 player that came with a pretty good set of earbuds (Sennheiser). The problem is that they are too big for my ears. Can anyone recommend some good earbuds (maybe with an earclip) that fit a small ear comfortably and sound great? In case the context of use matters, I don't jog, but use cardio equipment and do weight training. I'd also like some that are comfortable for several hours of use e.g., while flying.

i've gone with ear buds and they have always been a pain ... they don't always stay in and they get unfortable after a long ride. I've found the best are still the full headset ... ones that drop around the base of your neck, so that they don't get in the way while driving, sleeping, etc.
