Hi everyone,
I currently workout at home with minimal machinery. I have a bench, dumbells barbells, push up bars, chinning bar and a cross trainer + squat rack hopefully soon!.
I was wondering what peoples thoughts were on splitting muscle groups for workouts during the week and full body workouts every training day during the week.
Is one thought to be more effective than the other or is it simply a matter of personal choice?
Personally I split groups between Monday, wed + fri but only because i have never tried anything other.
