Weight-Loss Spinoff: Lunch - What do you have?

This is a spinoff from Fitness over 50's thread. Breakfast is pretty standard but I really need some new ideas on what to bring for lunch!! I have access to a microwave @ school. What do you guys bring to school/work?
 
I usually hit up either a Healthy Choice meal (they have really gotten better and more tasteful), Lean Pocket, Deli sandwich with lots of veggies and light mayo on whole wheat, tuna/egg salad sandwich on whole wheat, fresh salad, or I hit up Subway when I can.

Main thing is I try to keep in mind how many carbs/calories I have intaken for the day.
 
My monday - Friday lunch regiment is a baked chicken breast with a yogurt, and a peice of fruit - usually an apple. Its great!
