Hello everyone,
I have been going to the gym for roughly 2 months now, I am noticing a different but I recently read that working out doesn't reach its full potential without sufficient protiens and amino acids. I started to ponder protien supplements, and this is where my question comes in. Recently a family member of mine has been using "SlimStyles" weight loss supplement, well, I should say used to. Now there an abundant supply, , but I don't know if its what i'm looking for. I looked up their site, and had a look around but i'm not too educated on whats I need. Thats where i'm hoping you come in.
I'm 6'2 and 180Lbs, pretty lean, not really after weight loss as much as I am muscles and strenght. Some say I have a big ass but I hope their just teasing Yet i'm not too worried about it. I do about 20-25 minutes of cardio then lift weights almost everynight, with a break here and there as needed. I eat healthy, never any fast food, always complete meals, and find my eatting habits to be good.
I'm open to any suggestions anyone might have, everything is welcome.
