Spanish doubt!

Hi everybody!! Firstly, Sorry for my english, I'm spanish. Well, I'm 19 years old and I've a weight of 67 kilos (150 pounds aprox.). My height:"185 cm" (6 feet, I think). I'd like to gain some weight and muscle mass because I've got a small chest and weak arms. I've heard some people who talks about "whey proteins" (milk serum proteins). I've started going gym 2 weeks ago.

I wanna gain some weight and muscular mass, I don't wanna be a bodybuilder, only be fit.



Should I buy "whey proteins"? If you think "whey proteins" are possitive for my training..... Which the recommended daily dose is?

Your body uses Whey protein faster than any other. I would aim for atleast 30 grams before you workout and after. Remeber too that you'll need atleast 150 grams of protein a day spread out over about 6 meals. lift heavy, drink a lot of water and get a lot of sleep. Good luck!
