I got to the point where my jeans were snug. I slacked on my workouts, and started grazing all day long- typical winter behavior for me. I was feeling more unhealthy than anything. I found these soy products on - shakes and bars that only require one a day. And there are chips and soynuts that you can use as a mid-morning or afternoon snack. They really do fill me up and it keeps me from hitting up the vending machine and ordering out for lunch. I have lost 5 lbs in the last month. I think that cutting out the calories that add up all day makes all the difference...enough to get rid of the winter bulk. Just wanted to share the wealth
