I got to the point where my jeans were snug. I slacked on my workouts, and started grazing all day long- typical winter behavior for me. I was feeling more unhealthy than anything. I found these soy products on - shakes and bars that only require one a day. And there are chips and soynuts that you can use as a mid-morning or afternoon snack. They really do fill me up and it keeps me from hitting up the vending machine and ordering out for lunch. I have lost 5 lbs in the last month. I think that cutting out the calories that add up all day makes all the difference...enough to get rid of the winter bulk. Just wanted to share the wealth :)
 
Haha, I'm a vegetarian, and I can't stand the taste of soy. Probably because of a bad first experience.

But whatever works! Keep it up!
 
Soy beans are a good snack, they have healthy protein like eggs, milk and meat and also less fat and calories than nuts like Cashew nuts etc....

Also try protein bars as these are also less calories than regular chocolate bars but they keep you filled up longer due to the high quality protein they contain.
